I can't find my app.

Tap the Amazon Appstore for Android app on your device, then press Menu and tap My Apps. Apps you've purchased from Amazon Appstore will be listed under the Cloud tap. If your app isn't listed, tap Refresh to refresh your list. If you haven't received your order confirmation email, check Your Digital Orders and update your payment method if needed.

Why is a payment method required to purchase free apps?

We ask our customers to enter a payment method for all purchases, including free items, to set up your Digital 1-Click settings. You can use a credit card or a Gift Card with a valid balance (over $0.01) as your default 1-Click payment method.

How can I delete an app from the My Apps list?

Visit Your Apps and Devices from a web browser. Select Delete this app from the "Actions..." drop down menu to the right of the app you'd like to delete. Confirm you'd like to delete the app and your app will be removed from the My Apps list on all Android devices registered to your account. If the app has been downloaded to a device, it will have to be manually uninstalled.

Why isn't this app available on my device?

Apps often require devices to have specific hardware or software to run properly. If an app isn't available on your device, this means that your device does not meet the requirements of the app and will not provide the customer experience that the developer intended.
