We cram a few Gazillion people into our studio to show off the free to play Marvel Heroes!
oh.......come on.........deadpool .........has ........got......much better gameplay.........
Isn't this pretty much the same as Ultimate Marvel, but without the camera flexibility? Oh wait, it's a MMORPG... right....
Nah.. I'm going to pass this one (" Click Click Click Click Click ") to boooring to play, it's better to play DC Universe
Signing up for the Beta is funny. One of the questions is like "So are you a member of the press?" "Ah now go on, be honest. We won't absolutely refuse you, promise." Clicks (lying) Yes button. "Give us lots of details about your press credentials." They really trust Beta testers :-/

Yeah I was gonna say, this game reminds me a lot of diablo, the camera and action styles.

Diablo 2 is on my top games and it hurts me a bit when mentioned in Marvel heroes videos all the time.
Hope Marvel heroes gets some love but as it is looks like its only hope are the names behind it.

want to play with galactus or apocalipse, looks playble game hope there will be a lot costumes and heroes.
the locations that they've shown are pretty boring....
i hope there are better environments in the game which are not full of rectangular things...
looks pretty good for a free to play, i think the sound needs improving, can just hear way to much of the same sword swishing sound effects, need a add some more variation in there
why does the UI look so cheap i think it is really letting it down, i still can`t wait to play it but sort the tacky UI out
It will be fun to play with friends. Not bad for free.

I think this game would have been better as a beat him up type. I have the X-Man on my iPhone and it is a great beat him up game made from kunami! Arcade style. If the can stick to that formula and evolve it. Release it on psn I think it would be.... No, I now it would be a hit.

@GONtheSKYLORD @ImpliedBunny Hah thats so wrong, first of all all the DC heroes have a counter part in Marvel and then more, Superman and Gladiator, Batman and Captain America, Metallo would be owned by Wolverine, Thor and Steel, Hulk and Doomsday, Thing and Lobo, Green Lantern and Silver Surfer, Marvel would own DC son.

Looks kind of cool, I'm definitely a sucker for Marvel games. I would hope this one delivers though. Still a little iffy on having like 100 Wolverines running around.
Why can't they just leave all the dumb MMO trappings and make the gamplay more like Marvel Ultimate Alliance so I can care about this games existence?
psuedospike There was something about ultimate alliance that was really boring... it's better if they just leave it like x-men legends.
Joedgabe psuedospike There is something about X-Men Legends that separates it from this. There is a melee combo system for enemies that specifically need to be stunned or tripped. Also, a grab action that also allows burly characters like Colossus or Juggernaut or Rogue to throw Wolverine like a foot ball. It's more interesting than spamming gun shots or plasma blasts.
00LiteYear Joedgabe I never played X-Men Legends, wasn't that on PS2? I think by that point I had played so many bad X-Men games (the 6P Arcade and X-Men 2 on Genesis being the notable exceptions), so maybe I just associate good X-Men games with beat-em-ups. Wasn't the gameplay essentially the same as the Ultimate Alliance series? The combat could have been deeper for sure though, you're right. I just prefer some sort of tactile response or immediate feedback when playing games so I prefer a game like PSO over WoW every single time. And I think there have been enough Everquest clones for one life time. I wish MMO developers tried stepping outside the box with the formula, it's been a long while since something like EVE Online or something as unique and interesting.
Personally, the idea of multiple Iron Mans and Deadpools running around together bugs me.
Dudeinator That's isn't so unusual. Afterall, there are more than one Deadpools and more than one person using the Iron Man suit.

saint311 Dudeinator Sure! After all, there is Age of Apocalypse, Alterniverse, Amalgam, House of M. Marvel Age, Marvel Zombies, MC2, New Universe, Ultimate Marvel, X-Men Adventures, and X-Men Evolution. Does that help?

I don't get something. What are you leveling up? They already have their super powers. Is Hulk going to get more strength? Will Capt. America's shield now stun on crit? I'm skeptical of using heroes for this system.
So far, it looks like MUA2 online, which is something I would enjoy. Too bad I'm just not a huge fan of PC gaming. Congrats to those that do get to play this though!
FallenOneX I agree with you for the most part (I personally love PC gaming, but to each his/her own :P). This game looks like an MMO version of MUA with Diablo elements mixed in, which is really everything I could hope for!
X_Colbert_X PC gaming is awesome, I've just gotten to a point where the only thing i want to do is put a game in a machine and play.
