FFSA

Founded in 1952, the French Federation of Automobile Sport is one of the national sports federations approved by the Ministry of Sport. The FFSA is designed to organize, direct and develop the practice of motor sports and karting in France.

As a member of the International Automobile Federation (FIA), the FFSA is one of its most representative National Sports Associations and the most dynamic. Organising amongst other international events, a Rally World Championship, the FFSA particularly ensures its positioning on the international chessboard.

Moreover, the FFSA has with the Auto Sport Academy a centre dedicated to training young pilots, mechanics, pilotages… and widely oriented monitors international.

Members of the FFSA are sports cars (ASA) and Associations sport of Karting (ASK), which are necessarily attached to one of the 20 committees regional de Sport Automobile (CAHR) or one of the 17 Commissions regional de Karting (CRK) based on discipline.

In permanent liaison with these regional and local structures, the administration of the FFSA breaks down into seven major poles: regulation, development, Karting, Direction Technique Nationale, legal, administrative and financial life federal.
