Air Transport Professional (Aviation Advisor)

We are currently recruiting for an aviation advisor to provide the company and its sister companies with the necessary technical-operational consulting services regarding air operations and safety.
The key responsibilities are:
- to monitor air operations made by the Geographic and Aeronautical Operators unit; to define Operating Procedures; to promote solutions to guarantee regular, safe operations in
- compliance with Company Policy and International Standards;
- to monitor the development of the aeronautical industry and to propose, where possible, implementing new technology to optimise the service in terms of timescale, cost and safety;
- to coordinate the preparation of technical specifications relative to air services to be included in Tender Documents and to evaluate offers;
- to support the other Services in aeronautical projects;
- to establish a mutual collaboration with National and International Aeronautical Authorities.
Skills
- Good experience in air operations, preferably in off-shore helicopter operations
- Excellent knowledge of the main computer software and systems
- Excellent spoken and written English (at least ICAO level 4 English)
- Have at least 6 years’ experience in the aeronautical sector, preferably in a commercial field
- Be available to work in Italy and abroad
- Be able to work in a team
Requirements
- One of the following is required:
- professional pilot’s licence
- aeronautical technician’s licence
- master’s in aeronautical/aerospace engineering
- previous work experience in aeronautical quality and safety/audits
