The Final ‘Paranormal Activity 4′ Trailer Is Here!!! Time To Kinect The Dots!
Paramount Pictures has just pushed the final trailer for Paranormal Activity 4 out into the world! At first glance I’d say I certainly like the use of Kinect dots here!
In theaters October 19, we’re told that the sequel will explore the group of witches (who live next door to a newly introduced family) in this fourth film from creator/producer Oren Peli.

Okay, not even kidding, that actually gave me the chills. Looks like this one may actually be solid.
Garbage. Fucking stupid. What, now there’s a serial killer girl?? What the fuck is with these movies?? Nothing about them is scary at all, I’m beginning to question the human race when movies like this make millions. Oh my GOD! A door creaked open. Wow. Now they have a girl who kills people? Fucking stupid.
To be honest it looks like the same ol’ same ol’. Although I was intrigued at the last few seconds, it looks like Katie will make an appearance.So I’m interested at where they are taking this story wise if that was actually Katie. Regardless,I’m still going to check it out. Hopefully it’s solid.
you know, i wasn’t really excited about this movie until just now. all the trailers leading up to this looked like the same old repackaged material we’ve been getting since the first film took off, but this trailer let you know a lot more about the synopsis of the actual film. i think it’ll be interesting to see “robbie” torment the new family (the chandelier scene reminded me a bit of “The Good Son” for some reason). i’m actually genuinely curious about this movie now, and definitely will see it. i liked what they did with 3, hopefully 4 wont disappoint.
Meh. After 3 this looks subpar. The plot kinda kills it for me, so does the facetime/skype set up and the fact that it seems to be around a little kid being weird.
Ok part one was a solid film(who cares what one said above). But then we came to part 2. Not as good as the original but had its moments. But then part 3 came along and ruined the whole franchise. A covenant of witches. Really? What the Hell is scary about that???? Trust me if I’ve spoiled it for people who havent seen part 3, I just did you a favour, I was ready to walk out on it. This is what is leading me to not see that film all because of the third installment. But it appears that they have got rid of Christopher Landon as a writer this time around so it might be done well. He was the reason 2 and 3 didn’t get properly executed. But I’m hoping this is the end of these films as its now overkill.

This looks awful. The jump scares are so … boring. Sudden jump scare happens …kid is watching you. Kid tells you ” i do not want to get hurt”. Lame….I was expecting more
As long as all, or at least most, of these scenes are in the movie, I can’t wait to see this! Looks great.
‘Robbie’ is Hunter, that’s obvious. Katie still lives across the street looking after him no doubt, the Demon still in her body I’m guessing… they probably live with the Witches who are waiting for a time to swap the Demon into ‘Robbies’ body?

Dont see this, tell ur friends not to see this, hopefully they dont make any more money and it goes away. This is a horror film website, yeah, and PA4 may not be scary, but it sure as hell aint a love story.

I went into paranormal 1 wanting to see a good movie and all of them bored the shit out of me. this one looks like the same shit rinsed and repeated. I hope they just end it after this one cause I am tired of the few scary movies that are not remakes being stale garbage that teenagers yummy and eat up. The trailer did not scare me at all and I am sure it showed all the good parts of the movie thus ruining it when you actually watch it and the part happens. sorry to rant I am just being honest. :/
Well, I am underwhelmed and bored. If that’s all the effort that went into the trailer, I can only imagine what the movie will be like. I’m thinkin’ Sinister is the one to see this October.

Ugh! I actually like these movies… All three that have come out, I’ve at least enjoyed. And now… Really? I’m not trying to watch some teenage brat run around screaming and calling for her boyfriend for an hr and a half. This looks totally unoriginal and just like any other generic direct to AppleTV fare. Boring.
You don’t go to these movies to see the next Citizen Kane. These movies are good for jump scares and getting the ladies all worked up for hopefully the old “popcorn” trick later.

I may be alone here but I can’t wait… Cool trailer! The third was my favorite so far so I’m excited for this one too.
It’s part 4.How new and creative can they be with this material.The trailers for these films are always misleading because half of the scenes are never in the actual film.I also love it when someone that despises these films have seen all three of them.What do you think it’s going to change or maybe Jigsaw will make an appearance in them or what?I like all these flicks.They don’t have re-watchability after you’ve seen it the wow factor diminishes quickly!
What did we just see here?! I will defend PA1 for what it was & it delivered. The sequels made this series a farce & this trailer solidifies it. As someone mentioned above, the bigger the budget in a horror series, the less quality it turns out being. It looks too polished, too rehearsed, set ups and scares looked too staged, actors are over acting when they’re supposed to be natural, more themselves much like the first one, REC 1, & Blair Witch. Shame, because after the first one there was so much potential.
I like these movies, I get that it might not be everybody’s cup of tea, but I think they’re fun. It’s one of very few films/franchises where the audience actually reacts to what’s happening on screen, which is always fun.
Yeah question – what was the big deal about COLD FISH? I felt like I watched a movie without an ending when I saw that. THAT film made them want to hire these directors? With everything PA1 and PA2 left open to play with, they reeeeally dropped the ball, left it FLAT, and have possibly killed it. Ill check this out somehow, but yeah – looks un in ter est ing

This was hard to take seriously the moment they started using an xbox kinect as a gimmick for spotting ghosts.
WOW.. ok. I didn’t even watch the video just came in to read the comments. But when I caught “they use an Xbox Kinect to spot ghosts” I am definitely washing my hands out. I thought PA3 enough was already a joke of a film (the ONE and ONLY I’ve seen.. and looks to be staying that way).
What gets me, weren’t the producers of PA mouthing off about the producers of “saw” turning out a *%(%tty sequel every year? C’mon Wan .. knock these bitches back and tell them how much their movies suck ass, it is only fair.

I liked the first three but this just seems half ass. They should have stopped while they were ahead.
I’m a sucker for these movies. Although I did truly not get the last one. Hear is what I’m thinking, if most of the scenes in this trailer are not in the film, like the last one, I think we should file a class action suit against the producers for false advertising. I can already see the scene with the girl rising up off the bed not being in it. Think about it, it would send a message to these movie companies who take advantage of the fact that we want to see cool stuff like the clip in the last films trailer of the dude getting his head slammed into the table repeatedly. Most of the trailer for the last film was ten times better than the final result.
so let’s all go see this one and when it does suck we all sue their asses.
As a fan of the PA series I have zero desire to see this film. It looks like an unimaginative retread. Skipping.
While I agree 100% I will probably still check it out purely out of curiosity. I expect nothing more than 90 minutes of film with 10 minutes of action leading into the next one. :/
