The Taggart subwatershed extends from the Willamette River just south of the Ross Island Bridge to about 82nd Avenue and from near SE Belmont to just south of SE Holgate Street. The subwatershed is defined as the Taggart A, B, C, and D sewer basins. There are no stream channels in the subwatershed.
