Bought this as one of the christmas gifts for my 26 year old daughter and she said its one of the best presents she recieved, especially with all the rain we have had, and it keeps her dry even in strong winds. She loves it.

cannot fault the product but the delivery time and communication was atrocious.
I suppose the carriers are more to blame for the delivery as the date on the parcel was 17th December but only received 3rd January but there was no emails to confirm despatch and no response to my emails when chasing.Ordered 4 in total for xmas presents - arrived too late for that!

The item is fine, but the company supplying the product is not.
It was advetised as "buy one get one free" at £14.99.
I have only received one. Despite contacting the company directly, they still will not supply the remaining one outstanding.
I am now in the process of contacting the advertising standards agency. As far as i am concerned this has been a misleading advertisement.

Bought this item for my Mother for Christmas due her Umberella blew inside out. Went to use my free one the other day, unfortunately I couldn't get the Umberella up and so I reverted back to my old fairhful!! After several attempts whilst indoors I eventually got the Umberella up at last. Not sure whether mine is faulty as the button doesn't operate properly. My Morhers is working just fine.

The green umbrella ordered did not match the black one like for like which is strange as they are advertised as the same and come from the same company. This one was poor from the start, as hasn't closed since the first time I used it and noticed the metal spikes are not strong and one was broken. Not impressed as nowhere near the quality of my previously bought windproof umbrella so can safely say this one will be as a spare.

The quality of this product has gone down a lot since I last purchased a windproof unmbrella from this company. This one is very light weight and feels as though it will blow away in a gust of wind. The last time I bought this brolly it was quite heavy and sturdy and very good, which is why I returned here to purchase more.

They took about 3 weeks to come which we were told could happen, so far they are bearing up well, withstanding wind that's turned 3 previous folding brollies into wreckage in next to no time. They won't fit in a small bag, handbag say, but what the heck, they work!!.

Umbrella arrived in excellent condition. I was disappointed though as this umbrella unlike my old one wouldn't fit in my bag,as well as being longer it is bulky. Haven't used it yet in any heavy winds.

Should have read the dimensions - pictures suggest it is smaller when folded - so this is my fault. Even so it is closer to 40cm in length than 38cm stated when folded - too large for the average handbag. description also says has a shoulder strap, but there was none on the one supplied.
Yet to try it in windy conditions. It is quite heavy.

Firstly, it took a few weeks for my umbrellas to arrive. Secondly, I used the first one only 3 times, and on the 3rd occasion there was a small gust of wind, which broke this so called windproof umbrella. I will be sending it back for sure.

I have had these umbrellas before and they last. Never turn inside out. After 2 years of constant use and travel the handle broke but it had been used so much. Bought another. Much lighter but just as good.

Both umbrellas arrived within three days. The umbrella when folded is longer than expected and I find it hard to fit it into my large handbag. I have to carry it in a separate bag.
So far, I have used it twice and although it is wind proofed, I felt the overlap of the top layer could be abit more, so that you don't get some rain blown in through the gaps.

I bought two of these umbrellas as they were buy one get one free. It's a good job I did as one broke the first week it was used so that was a let down. However the second one works perfectly and still is today. Whether it was a freak incident it broke or it was just a faulty one I'm not sure.

I ordered these umbrellas on the 3rd of January and they arrived three weeks later. I was very disappointed with the quality of these items.I ordered 1 pink and 1 black and received 1 pink and 1 red. I did not want to send them back as i did not know how long i would have to wait for a replacement, so i just kept both of them. This brolly took a while to arrive, but when it did arrive the weather was fine for quite a few days until this week - I tested it on a very wet and windy day and sure enough it withstood the elements just as promised. i also like the cover and strap - makes it easy to carry as it is a little larger than my old brolly when folded down.

Very dissapointed with this umbrella a total waste of money. I regret buying it, only had it for 2 weeks, after waiting a month and half for it to be delivered, and it has already broke and the wind wasn't even that strong. never again. Unfortunatly they dont offer a money back guarentee.

Not a very good purchase. It came 1 month late and doesn't even have the strap on the outer cover as described. I tried it for the first time yesterday and I'm sorry to say it didn't live upto expectations, just a little gust of wind turned the umbrella inside out.

These umbrellas are not at all well made, have very cheap plastic handles and hanging cords. They are difficult to open and when I finally managed it the push button went into the handle. RETURNED

I must say when I first opened this I was quite pleased, however it is supperior to the black one by far but still has some disapointing features that make me think it will not last long. The release clip is very flimsy and the fram seems week so only time will tell.

Great umbrella, larger than usual collapsable umbrella but very sturdy and comes with own cord strap.
The only disappointment was that the blue on the web site was a light blue/aqua and the blue sent was navy.

AFTER YEARS OF TRYING ALL TYPE OF UMBRELLS'S I HAVE FINALLY FOUND ONE THAT WORKS.
