hi, i just got my first issue from the gift subscription my mom signed me up for today, and when she signed me up, she signed me up for a subscription to where i would also get 2 free yugioh cards, shooting quasar dragon and sephlyon the ultimate time lord. i didn't get the cards. what gives? why didn't i get the cards?

First, did she pay for the subscription in full?
Second, did she give SJ the coupon code specifically for Quasar and Time Lord? Only two issues of Jump had that specific code and when I called SJ they told me they couldn't give out the cards w/out the code. Luckily I had like 5 issues of that month. lol.

There's not much we can do at the editorial office to tell you the truth. You need to get in touch with our print magazine customer service at 1-800-541-7919. Hopefully they can help you there.
