Penthouse in Boston's Leather District is stunning

210 South St. LIVING ROOMOne of the signature buildings of the Leather District is an 11-story Neo-classical limestone building at 210 South St.

The handsome building, designed by the architectural firm of Monks & Johnson in 1919, features tall pilasters nearly three stories high, topped with decorative stonework on the South Street and Kneeland Street facades; the exterior facing Atlantic Avenue is not so elaborate.
