ICT Service Delivery Specialist contribute to effective ICT service delivery, support and advice for all ASIS staff and provides team leader support to
Service Delivery Specialists within the ICT Service Centre.
The role of the ICT Service Centre is to provide customer support and act as the single point of contact for all ASIS users. The team is there to facilitate
the restoration of normal operational services, with minimal impact, within an agreed service level timeframe.
This position is based in Canberra and may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis.
