ICT Service Delivery Specialists contribute to effective ICT service delivery, support and advice for all ASIS staff. Opportunities exist within both the
Service Desk and the Secure Data teams.
The role of the ICT Service Centre is to provide customer support and act as the single point of contact for all ASIS users. The teams are there to
facilitate the restoration of normal operational services, with minimal business impact, within an agreed service level timeframe as well as facilitate
clients secure data requests in a timely and responsive manner.
This position is based in Canberra and may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis.
