Hyperdimension Neptunia V's New Goddess
Her name is Iris Heart, and apparently she was big in 1989.
05.12.12 - 9:38 PM

In the newest installment of Compile Heart's series, Hyperdimension Neptunia V (that's V for victory) takes place in the Gameindustri of 1989. Familiar heroine Neptune will be around, but she's not the CPU of Planeptune as of yet. Instead, we have a new goddess named Perurut who transforms into Iris Heart.

If you were concerned about the other goddesses, don't sweat it! White Heart, Black Heart and Green Heart will all be in the game too.

Oh, and in case you happened to care, developer Keiji Inafune is back as a summon. For the full effect, the trailer featuring Inafune is here. Disturbing, isn't it?

The game will be hitting shelves in Japan this summer, but there's no news yet for a release elsewhere. Considering the previous two games have gotten releases worldwide, odds are good that this one will too. Check our gallery for more screens and stay tuned for updates!
