Fallout: New Vegas yet, you may want to hold off for another few weeks, especially if you planned on grabbing the DLC as well. Bethesda is re-releasing the most recent
Fallout installment next month with a lot of post-release content included on disc.
Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate edition includes all the story DLC:
Dead Money,
Old World Blues,
Honest Hearts and
Lonesome Road, plus the weapon and item DLC: Gun Runner's Arsenal and the Courier Pack.
