By canceling your account, all of your login information will be deleted. If you decide to use the service again, you will need to register a new account. Please note that if you cancel your account, you will be unable to restore the SQUARE ENIX account nor reactivate any of the related services under the cancelled account.

If you still wish to cancel your SQUARE ENIX account, please login to the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System and follow the steps below:

1. Select Update Account Information
2. Select Cancel Square Enix Account
3. Check I accept. and click Proceed
