The new central London ticket collection office is open from 10am to 8pm every day from Saturday 25 August through to 8 September. The collection office is located on Horse Guards Road (opposite the Churchill War Rooms) in Westminster. View its location on a map

Please note: London 2012 box offices offer ticket collection only – you cannot purchase tickets at box offices. Tickets should be purchased online in advance from the ticketing website

If you are a resident of the UK or a designated European country and the ticket collection option is available, you can choose to collect your tickets (and Games Travelcards, if applicable) from a London 2012 ticket box office – please check specific details below.

If possible, please try to collect your tickets before the date of the session you are attending. Priority may be given to customers collecting tickets for sessions taking place on that day.

If you are unable to collect your tickets before the date of the session, we strongly recommend you arrive early on the day of your event to collect your tickets. Please be prepared to queue.

To collect your tickets you will need a printed copy of your ticket confirmation email, the Visa card used to purchase the tickets and one piece of original photo ID (photocopies will not be accepted). Please note: tickets can only be collected by the ticketing account holder.

Games Travelcards

If you're collecting your tickets from a box office, you will receive your Games Travelcard for the day of your event at the same time. If you're collecting your tickets on the day of your event, you will therefore need to purchase a ticket for travel to your venue box office. We are not able to send out Games Travelcards in advance.
