London 2012 wants to use the power of the Olympic and Paralympic Games to inspire children and young people across the UK and around the world.

With over four billion people watching and over 200 countries involved, the Games represent an unrivalled catalyst for sustainable change.

The London 2012 Paralympic Torch Relay will take place from 24–29 August 2012, after the Closing Ceremony of the Olympic Games. It will have a distinctive and unique voice: celebrating the power of human endeavour and energy in the run up to the Paralympic Games.

The London 2012 Festival is the biggest festival the UK has ever seen. From 21 June – 9 September 2012, artists from all over the world are coming together in celebration of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
