Following a triumphant 2011/12 campaign, the champions of Europe are now ready for what promises to be another hugely exciting season.

As always, every home game, the official Chelsea matchday programme will bring you all the latest news from the club, and you can ensure you don't miss a single issue by joining our subscription list for a modest fee of £70 (UK).

Our first home game of the season, against Reading, will see the launch of our new-look publication, with design features reflecting our status as European champions.

Supporters will find a brand new Q&A with the first team players called 'Blue Days', discussing what's been going on in their lives both on and off the pitch and delving into their interests, from TV, books and films, to their favourite Chelsea players of all-time.

We will also have in-depth analysis of the opposition, full of facts, figures and everything you need to know about their most dangerous players, while 'Connect Four' explores quirky Chelsea links in the world of football.

Our new 'Last Word' programme column will feature a mix of former players and celebrity fans over the course of the season, starting with Graeme Le Saux, who reveals his recollections of pre-season training with the Blues.

As well as all this, our programmes throughout the 2012/13 season will contain all the regular articles, with captain's and manager's columns, in-depth player features, match action, all the latest news and a round-up of what's being going in with our Under 21s, Academy and Ladies sides.
