Available in TPG ADSL2+ and Home Phone enabled exchange areas. You can check your availability with TPG as you sign up.
Modem Installation
After purchasing your modem, you are free to self install it. You will receive one in-line filter with the self installation kit. You will need a filter for each active phone port in your house.
BYO Modem
You are able to BYO Modem, but it must be a TPG approved modem.
Connecting to the Internet in Your House
Unless you are using a wireless modem or wired router with additional cabling to your computer, it is most likely that you will need to have your computer positioned near the phone socket in your house.
Two or More Computers in the House
If you are using two or more computers in the house, your download allowance will be shared amongst all the computers in the house. There is not a download allowance allocated to each computer. You will also need either a wireless modem / router to network the computers to the internet or a wired 4 port modem / router.
Free IPTV Trial
TPG ADSL2+ customers can access IPTV channels like Bloomberg TV, Al Jazeera and Russia Today.
Email
This TPG ADSL2+ broadband plan includes up to 20 email addresses and mailboxes.
Back Up Dial-Up Account
Use of a back up dial up account is available at $1.10 per hour.
Webspace
This TPG ADSL2+ broadband plan includes 30MB of space for personal hosting.
Technical Support
Technical Support is available nationally from TPG over the phone 8am to midnight Mon - Fri, and 9am to 9pm on weekends.
TPG Home Phone Deposit
At the time of registration, TPG debit $20 that is kept as a Security Deposit and used to pay for all home phone call usage charges and $10 Minimum Monthly Call Spend shortfall (if applicable).
Home Phone Bundle
You must bundle your home phone when you purchase this TPG broadband plan.
