Rod Fergusson, the executive producer of the Gears Of War franchise for its eight-year history, has left his role to work at Bioshock: Infinite developer Irrational.
Fergusson Tweeted the change yesterday, stating: “Yes it's true, I'm leaving my family at Epic to join my new family at Irrational in Boston starting tomorrow”. He added that “yes I've played Infinite and it's amazing! Can't wait for you guys to get your hands on it.” His new role, beginning today, is executive vice president of development at Boston-based Irrational.
