Bulletstorm developer People Can Fly has been acquired by Epic Games as three key staff members leave the studio.
The deal led to the departure from the Polish studio of founder and creative director Adrian Chmielarz, and artists Andrzej Poznanski and Michal Kosieradzki. But Chmielarz moved to reassure fans on Twitter that Gears Of War: Judgment wouldn't be affected and that it was in safe hands.
"We doubled down on People Can Fly," Epic's Mark Rein told Polygon. "It was something we always hoped to do.
"We will be helping (Chmielarz) with some future announcements. Our paths will be crossing again."
