There's some engaging conceptual horseplay going on in the latest Assassin's Creed 3 trailer, which focuses on multiplayer features like Wolf Pack Mode, online rivalries and character progression.
It's styled as a trailer for a consumer version of the time-tunnelling Animus VR device - an Animus console if you will - voiced by an anonymous member of the Abstergo community. Seems the Templars now regard control of our living rooms as the key to global domination. You'll want to upgrade to solid state formats and build in a couple more processors, lads.
