Like mother, like daughter. Dakota Johnson gave her mother, actress Melanie Griffith, a lesson in fierceness as she struck a pose at the premiere of her new film "Goats" Aug. 8. With her blonde updo and sparkling eyes, Johnson was a dead ringer for her famous mom.

Although the 22-year-old aspiring actress, whose father is Don Johnson, is not a household name quite yet, she may be when she stars in the new comedy series "Ben and Kate" due to premiere on FOX September 25.

The young actress got her start in the 1999 film "Crazy in Alabama," alongside her famous mom and half-sister Stella Banderas. She's also scored roles in "The Five-Year Engagement," "21 Jump Street" and "The Social Network."

Johnson also has a list of modeling gigs under here belt including Uniqlo, Oliver Peoples and denim company Mango.

It's not enough that Lourdes Leon looks a lot like her mother Madonna; she's beginning to act a lot like her too.

The 15-year-old played dress-up in her mother's famous cone bra while backstage at the pop star's MDNA tour. She then tweeted a picture of her sticking out her tongue while grabbing the cones.

"Lola backstage at MDNA!" the tweet read from the Material Girl clothing line, the mother-daughter joint venture, sold at Macy's.

Later, Madonna took the stage in the very same bra, a Jean Paul Gaultier's recreation of his iconic bustier worn by the pop star during her Blond Ambition tour in 1990.

These days, Lourdes is looking more and more like a chip off the old block. In early 2012, she was seen strutting the streets of New York in a cut-off top and sheer skirt that might've been stolen from the '80s section (or room, heck--it might even have its own zip code) of her mom's closet.

Recently mother Madonna expressed concern that her daughter may be growing up too fast.

After the teen was caught smoking a cigarette in New York, Madonna told NBC, "Cigarette smoking I'm not very fond of, for anyone. I don't approve of anyone smoking cigarettes, most of all my daughter."

Alec Baldwin's daughter is beginning to look like the mirror image of her mom, Kim Basinger.

Baldwin stepped out with his 16-year-old daughter Ireland June 21, days after his now infamous altercation with a newspaper photographer. He and his daughter made headlines in 2007, when an enraged Baldwin left a voice mail for Ireland calling her a "rude, thoughtless little pig."

Clearly, they're on better terms now. The two went to breakfast in Manhattan on Thursday morning and, while it's unclear if Ireland's caught the acting bug of her parents, who divorced in 2002, clearly, she's got the looks to make it in show biz.

Kaia Gerber appears to be following in her supermodel mom Cindy Crawford's footsteps.

Gerber, whose father, Randy Gerber, is also a former model, starred alongside Crawford and Crawford's mother in JCPenney's 2012 Mother's Day campaign. The three generations of Crawford beauties were casually dressed in jeans and white tops.

The ad, however, came as a surprise. In February 2012, Crawford abruptly halted Kaia's budding career after the 10-year-old posed for Versace in a leather jacket and short skirt. The photograph made headlines, with some calling it too provocative.

Afterward, Crawford announced to "The Daily," "At this point, she's too young to pursue a career. There aren't even a handful of jobs for a 10-year-old girl."

She's given Kaia the green light to follow in her footsteps later on in life: "But if she's 17 and wants to try it, of course, what can I say?"

Crawford said Kaia told her somewhat jokingly, "I might model first because you don't have to know how to do anything, but then I want to be a baby nurse."

Heather Locklear is the latest actress to usher her offspring into show business. Ava Sambora, the "Melrose Place" star's 14-year-old daughter with ex-husband Richie Sambora, has scored a small role in Judd Apatow's upcoming take-off on "Knocked Up," according to Variety. It's a movie full of second-generation stars: Sambora will play the best friend of Apatow's real-life daughter Maude, who plays one of Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann's two daughters.

By the time she had Eva Amurri, Susan Sarandon had more than a dozen films under her belt and an Oscar nomination. So when Amurri decided to pursue an acting career, she had a more-than-qualified mom-mentor. The daughter of Sarandon and Italian director Franco Amurri landed her first role alongside her mother in the 2002 film "The Banger Sisters." She acted with her mom in an episode of "Friends" before breaking off on her own. These days, Amurri is best known for playing a college student/stripper in the third season of Showtime's "Californication."

Often arm-in-arm on the red carpet (and at the bar -- Goldie can party), Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson seem more like girlfriends than mother and daughter. But for Hudson, having a famous mom wasn't always so fabulous.

"For me, I'd go crazy if I couldn't go out and walk in the streets," she told the U.K.'s Telegraph in 2010 about growing up with paparazzi hounding her family. "I learned some of that from my mom. She is so recognizable. She's just so Goldie! When I was a girl I would get embarrassed and say: 'Mom, put a hat on or something.'"

Rumer Willis came into the world on camera -- literally. Mom Demi Moore hired a cameraman to film the birth of her eldest daughter. Like Amurri, she made her big-screen debut alongside her A-list mom in the 1995 movie "Now and Then." She's appeared in a handful of films and TV shows since then, including two with her father, Moore's ex-husband, Bruce Willis -- "The Whole Nine Yards" and "Hostage."

Given her parents' profession, acting was a natural pursuit for Willis.

"I grew up around it, and I just always knew it was something that I wanted to do," she said at the premiere of her 2009 movie, "Sorority Row." "I always knew that I wanted to be a part of it too, it looked like a fun group to get to hang out with."

Of late, Willis has been her mother's crutch following Moore's divorce from Ashton Kutcher and Moore's January 2012 hospitalization.
