CNET Australia's first photo walk in pictures

About The Author

CNET Editor

Lexy spent her formative years taking a lot of photos and dreaming in technicolour. Nothing much has changed now she's covering all things photography related for CNET. You can find her hosting the weekly Pulse podcast.

The very first CNET Australia photo walk was a great success. Check out some of the great photos from our participants in the video and gallery below.

Photographers from all walks of life and all skill levels joined us on a rainy Thursday afternoon, down by The Rocks district in Sydney. We took in sights from Observatory Hill to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, while testing out the Olympus OM-D and a variety of lenses.

The CNET Australia photo walk was sponsored by Olympus.

Side point, but I think the photo gallery needs to be altered/redesigned on this website. I personally find it unintuitive, and kind of clunky and slow. There is also no option to see all of the images in a gallery format, or an option to lightbox them.

For most articles this is ok, but an article featuring photos from a photowalk, or Exposure pieces, or articles displaying review images from a camera would really benefit from a reworking.

Just my 2cents.

Cheers
