With the PlayStation Vita, people are noticing some big price discrepancies between different regional prices, as well as retail versus digital options. We thought we would run through things to make sure that we're all clear on exactly what restrictions exist.

First, you can buy physical games from overseas and use them just fine.

Second, you can resell and share physical games without any problems.

Third, when you buy digital games, they are directly associated with your PSN ID.

Fourth, you can only re-download digital games from the PSN store five times.

Fifth, you can copy and back-up digital games from your PS Vita to your Windows or Mac PC and swap them back and forth to your Vita as much as you like.
