Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance is a role-playing game for the Nintendo 3DS, an installment in the Kingdom Hearts series, and is part of Square Enix's Kingdom Hearts 10th Anniversary campaign.

Chronologically, the game takes place after Kingdom Hearts coded, and focuses on Sora and Riku going into the dream realm to take the Mark of Mastery exam and become Keyblade Masters to face villain Xehanort, who has returned after the defeat of his Heartless and Nobody.

The game was released in Japan on March 29, 2012 as a standalone, in a 10th Anniversary collection with Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, and a box set with a specially designed Kingdom Hearts 3DS system. The game was released in Europe July 20, 2012 and in North America July 31, 2012.
