Start with No.7After replacing Charlie Sheen with Ashton Kutcher, Two and a Half Men producers now have their hands full trying to figure out how to write off and/or kill Sheen's character, Charlie Harper. Unfortunately, there's no hope of Sheen returning to set just to film the kind of drug-fueled death scene that his character so justly deserves.
