Bethesda has released a patch for Skyrim DLC pack Dawnguard which, amongst other things, eradicates a bug whereby NPCs appear with no clothes on. Stupid puritan developers.
It clocks in at 31 MB, and also addresses problems with unfinishable missions. We'll let you know when the full patch notes arrive. In the meantime, here's a picture of a semi-naked Spanish vampire.
Update: Oops, looks like the patch is specifically for the French, Italian, German and Spanish versions of Dawnguard. The English version has been deemed nudity-bug-free.

I can't get this patch to download. Are you sure it's been released yet?

Turns out the patch is specifically for the French, Italian, German and Spanish versions of Dawnguard. Nothing to see here, people...

Oh dear, I was hoping for a patch because of a few minor stability issues (mainly random freezing for a second or so) that I'm pretty sure Dawnguard is causing, plus the Breezehome Alchemy Table bug. Ah well, just need to wait for 1.7 I suppose.

I'm getting something similar while in wolf form. Every time I attack a group of people the first strike will freeze and the camera will pan round me and my victim. It's very Matrix the first time it happens but is starting to wear a bit thin now.
