Take a closer look at Halo 4 armour customisation

New shots show how you can tweak your Spartan

Want to know just how extensively you'll be able to pimp your Spartan in Halo 4? Lucky you.

NeoGAF user Demoncarnotaur has posted off-screen shots of the multiplayer build aired at the Rooster Teeth Expo the other day (via Gameranx). According to these magnificent pin-ups, you'll be able to fiddle with your character's helmet, torso assembly, left and right shoulder plates, forearm plating, leg plating, camo and visor. Pretty much what Halo: Reach offers, then.

These are just the cosmetic options, of course - Halo 4 will also allow you to field different load-outs including perk-style gadgets. Read our Halo 4 knowledge round-up for more.

We have but the one remaining question. Why does Hazops look so very, very sad? Too much Hazard, not enough Ops?

  1. It's so obvious that 343 has copied Mass Effect 3's concept of Armour customisation..

    Don't be such a troll.

  3. How am I being a troll? I'm just saying that it looks similar to ME 3's character customisation. Doesn't necessarily mean I'm being a troll. You sir, just killed the mood.
