No surprises here!!

Personally I don't think '2 years' is particularly too soon between games at all! BF3 is due to finish its DLC schedule in March so by then you will have everything BF3 has to offer! you will also have reached a fairly high rank, got all the Medals and Ribbons and probably completed all if not the majority of assignments too - If not you still have 6 months or so before BF4 comes out! It is not like they have to start from scratch either as they already have the Frostbite 2 engine and a lot of feedback from the community.

Having been a fan of the FPS genre for a good number of years now - I also look forward to yearly releases - EA has Medal of Honour and Battlefield - Activision has Call of Duty. Both publishers have 2 developers working on their FPS games so that they have 2 years to develop their games and both Studios are very different so you get a different experience (I know there are similarities too but all FPS games share similarities!)

No servers? Can you imagine the lagfest it would turn in to? And no offense meant but, there are usually reasons for banning players...

Hopefully with an updated engine we can have full destructable-ness like BFBC2.

I have never been banned from any Server - Maybe its because I follow the Server rules....

Ah yes follow the server rules.

Is the first rule don't play well.

The second must be don't kill the host.

Unfortunately many hosts are childish and will kick or ban players simply because they are good or have killed the host player.
