Prince Of Persia creator Jordan Mechner has pledged to release the original source code for his groundbreaking Apple II platformer after his father found it in the back of a cupboard. Writing on his blog, Mechner explains that he had presumed the game's source code lost for ever until his father sent over a box full of games he had found in the back of a closet - which included three 3.5" discs containing the code. The 3DS version of striking Ubisoft platformer Rayman Origins has been delayed to June to allow its developer to "fine-tune a few details." Michel Ancel's game was supposed to be released for 3DS in Europe last Friday, but according to Eurogamer it will now be released on June 8.
