I agree with you skip keep the vote to save for the final only. That way we will get the true favourite.

I like vote to save, keeps it unpredictable. I also think it sends a more positive message to the public, and yes…makes Ch5 more money. All round win!

I too would like to see Deana win but if they keep the vote to save she will be out soon, Conor is still gunning for her, the other housemates are warming to him and they will follow thier leader as they think the sun shines out of him.

there would only be a few to vote to save their favourite but there are loads who would vote to evict.

to save should be left to the final.

Dunno Jules, can you provide a source that says this, or are you guessing? You started your comment with a question, and ended with a statement.

It is interesting to see that Shievonne, Ashleieigh, Caroline and Connor are right at the bottom of the Oddschecker betting. They have been there most of the time. Luke S is a bit further up.

I hope that it is vote to save in the last week and that the four are there. Deanna has gone up to third place pushing Luke A into 4th.

Has anyone noticed that not only Conor but also Luke S has voted for Deana to be up for eviction every week?
Ashleigh has voted for Lauren every week.
Caroline has voted Lauren 3 of the 4 weeks
Luke A has voted Luke S every week!

It has been Vote To Evict for the past eleven years up until last year’s Celebrity series, so why change it now?

Producers said that it was because the more interesting characters stay in because of the Vote To Save format, but if this was the case I’m pretty sure they would have changed it during the run on Channel 4.

Vote to evict, easier to pick who you really want to leave.

I think it was a vote to evict this what would of happend …

    eviction 1 – lydia gone
    eviction 2 – chris gone
    eviction 3 – benedict gone
    eviction 4 – lydia gone
    eviction 5 – deana gone
    eviction 6 – conor gone!

so i think vote to evict is a better way of voting

i agree but Lydia has gone twice but i think in eviction 5 alot of hate was for Conor so he or Arron would of gone as Deana was saved as more people didnt like Conor

With a show like this that is based firmly on evicting the least liked people down to a final few, it should always be VOTE TO EVICT.

Then, when we get to the final week, and evictions have ceased, THEN it should just be a VOTE TO WIN.

With the current way of voting, the least liked hms will always have an unfair advantage of staying in, if there is more than two people up.

    Voting to save, is un-democratic.

VOTE TO EVICT every time, Conor would have gone last week if it had been an evict vote, I wont vote to save but will vote to evict if I really dislike someone, come on BB put it back to how it was.

After Conors cocky comment last night about ‘ put me up again f……s Im going nowhere, he really thinks that the public love him, worryingly so do the housemates, he has just been extremely lucky who he has been up against. I think that this week anyone who discusses nominations should automatically be put up.

@Rayco, voting to save is actually very democratic. It’s how a democracy works. We don’t vote heads of office out of office, we vote others in.

Don’t get me wrong, I WISH we could vote to evict in a democracy.

That said, if voting to save were the way to go, why doesn’t the crowd chant ‘Keep such-and-such IN!!!’.

Nope, it is and forever will be ‘Get what’s-his-name out!!!’. Voting needs to be changed to match.
