Senior Product Manager - Marketing Solutions
Job Description
This position will be responsible for managing the development of Swaylo’s data services product for digital brand managers. Swaylo offers a unique set of insights for Facebook fan page managers to increase engagement of their audience. Swaylo’s Senior PM will work closely with customers, engineering and sales in order to define, develop and release an offering that meets our customer’s needs. They will work closely with existing and prospective clients to gather, prioritize and validate product requirements. As the product expert, they will provide direction around product strategy including competitive positioning, pricing and packaging.
Requirements:

3-5 years of product management experience on a product serving Fortune 500 clients

Creativity and a passion for web products; ability to create and inspire others with their vision

Demonstrated ability to gather, prioritize and validate requirements from clients

Strong organizational and analytical skills & attention to detail

Demonstrated success in developing and releasing high performing features, from conception to release.

Strong project management skills and an ability to handle changing priorities and resources

Exceptional quantitative skills and an ability to analyze complex data to draw actionable conclusions

Solid written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with and between the business and engineering teams
