JOB SPECIFICATIONS
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager for our San Francisco office.
Fully integrated in our dynamic, experienced and international team, you will be working autonomously on various projects in a fast-paced environment. You will have the following responsibilities:
• Consulting: benchmarking, editorial design and development
• Writing: drafting and editing texts and articles for a variety of publications
• Project management: liaising with customers, running editorial committee meetings, coordinating web agencies and graphic studios
• Resource management: coordinating a team of journalists and translators
• Business development: developing existing customer accounts
Depending on performance, you may have an opportunity to do an exchange in our Paris office.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
The successful candidate will be English mother tongue and will have:
• 2-3 years’ previous experience as a project manager (in communications, PR or publishing) or as a journalist
• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, business or related field
• Ability to manage a diverse team of writers, editors, artistic directors, graphic designers and printers
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
