Blueseed is raising money from investors in hopes of creating a
seaborne startup community 12 nautical miles off the coast of Silicon
Valley. The floating "Googleplex" would allow foreign born
entrepreneurs to work (and live) on a retrofitted cruise ship without

they are entrepreneurs, so no they wont take away jobs, in fact they would invest to create companies and therefore jobs.

i think tsunamis only affect the cost, tsunamis come from the deep and become huge waves because the ocean soil get shallower.
