Blueseed is raising money from investors in hopes of creating a
seaborne startup community 12 nautical miles off the coast of Silicon
Valley. The floating "Googleplex" would allow foreign born
entrepreneurs to work (and live) on a retrofitted cruise ship without

  • And when a tropical storm hits?

  • Best comment so far ^^

Than when it sinks the person is going to wake up with flames all around them and than they will swim to shore and enter a door into the unknown!

  • Absurdity

  • Money better spent working within or changing laws then circumventing them. Sounds like someone's demonstrating an obscured to make a point to the powers that be.

  • it should work but they will have to give up a whole lot including future earnings for this to work.

  • no top comments yet? i think i will be one....ammm...... :megusta:

  • They could have ASKED for an entrepreneur's visa

  • they are entrepreneurs, so no they wont take away jobs, in fact they would invest to create companies and therefore jobs.

  • i think tsunamis only affect the cost, tsunamis come from the deep and become huge waves because the ocean soil get shallower.
