Hello Ms. McGrath: Do you believe that "organic" fruits and vegetables are really "better" for us?

Organically grown has more to do with growing methods than nutritional value. There are some nutritional (vitamins/phytochemical) differences in some fruits and vegetables if you compare the conventional to organic; but not major differences. If you are concerned about pesticide residue on the item or affecting the produce due to the soil then the top ones to buy organic that are generally mentioned are: berries, apples, potatoes, leafy greens

Do frozen vegtables have more vitimins, nutrition, etc. than the "fresh" vegtables in the produce section of a grocery store?
Expert Answer:

It really depends on several factors...1. How "old" the fresh vegetable is by the time you ate it including how long it sat in your fridge; 2. how you prepared it - cooking method.
Generally frozen vegetables are picked at their peak of ripeness and flash frozen so more of their nutrients are retained.

Sorry that it took me a while to answer this. I was having problems accessing this account. Normally constipation is not a symptom of gluten intolerance or gluten sensitivity, though bloating is. I am glad that your issues have resolved but without a thorough discussion it would be difficult to know what was causing your constipation and why it has now resolved.
