You can sign up for a chance to be part of the LittleBigPlanet Karting beta right now.

All you have to do is head here, fill out a form answering a few questions, and then wait for Sony to get back to you. You will have to find a good way to fill time while you wait. Maybe you can play some ModNation Racers.

I was surprised to hear about LBP Karting, considering we already have Mod Nation Racers. Still, I got into the LBP2 beta without even trying, so I may as well throw my hat in the ring here.

I signed up, but I can't help thinking that they could have made this dlc for LBP2, or simply provided gamers with the tools to create race tracks and cars, not to mention the fact that they're cutting the legs out from under Mod Nation Racers with this full retail release.
