+Mike Tucker yes Microsoft is doing everything legally but in an unfair way. Motorola does not have a big lobby. Microsoft is unable to establish his licensing model to smartphone so they "cheat". The ITC could deal with that first don't you think ? But concerning frand you're right.

I began to wonder what's for ? it's obvious that you can't completely ignore the internet and actually you shouldn't, it's like trying to ignore cars or airplanes and deciding to travel without them, it's just a step against the progression of time

what we really need is more control on how we use the internet and to be conscious of the kind of behaviors and habits we fall victims for because of letting technology getting the control instead of the other way around

IPO will be very successful, afterall 1%ers who went in today need to sell their stocks to the rest of us at a huge profit tomorrow. After that you are on your own.

If Facebook's Price to Earnings Ratio is at about 100 now and other big, mature, and far more profitable tech companies are at about 20 it means that some time later Facebook will fall in line and either starts making five times more money or see its stock drop down to PER of Google and Apple, which could be a quarter or a third of its today's value, assuming their profit increase, unlike the first quarter of this year.

With 900 million users we will see the hype going on for a while now, it won't fizzle out this afternoon, that's for sure.
