I'm a bit "green" to the field. I graduated HS in 2008 and participated in Microsoft's ComputerTraining.com course. 6 months of trianing to get certified in Vista, Server '03, and using ISA. For the next 6 months I continued working at KFC After that, I worked for a year at Convergys troubleshoting AT&T; U-verse. It was hell. After a year I decided enough was enough and went back to school. I currently work for HELPnet Technology Services at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). We provide support to the faculty and staff who sign up for our services. I'm currently interviewing for an internship at American Structurepoint. I'm also majoring in Computer and Information Technology (CIT). My "specialty" is helping end users. I'm extremely patient with people, and even if I lose that patience, I'm pretty good at faking it. :) Otherwise, I help people with general problems concerning the OS, Outlook, browsing, installing/uninstalling software, getting their network drives mapped, etc. I just want to continue to learn and better myself for as long as I work!
