Flash certainly is / was a selling point, one of the main reasons for dumping nokia!.

Well, there's only 1 thing for it... Windows version 9 please, one that both runs on both my phone and my PC.. without very little differences please...

Ever bothered to check the current date? We're in the middle of 2012 so it's completely irrelevant what was in 2010!

And that to my knowledge, ONLY Android currently offers phones with more than 2 cores? And flash is considered "archaic" according to GSMArena, so the older phones should still run it anyway? I never understood this dark war.
Flash player remains the best way to show videos and other similar objects on a browser.
If they consider it archaic, then why dont we show improved technologies taking the mantle?
Evolution should not be imposed by force, it comes by natural selection.
And the big question is, why would Abobe want to lose that war and be replaced by another company?
As customers, it is in our interest for two or more companies to compete for the best solution.
Adobe seems to be winning this war hands down and now they just commit suicide? Why?
There has to be a hidden financial interest behind it, smth related to rights and costs.

No lag on my note and no performance issues.
What I dont understand is that you can disable it anyway if you dont want to use it.
Too much of a battery drain? Games like gta3 that push the cores will run the batty down quick.

To suddenly stop all future downloads for people with froyo up to ics but still keep existing users with minor updates is odd.

Androids adorned flash as it made them a worthy replacement of computers. Why suddenly drop it if they were able to properly implement it? Even with the advent of quad cores they still don't believe flash will run properly so they decided to abandon it. Don't be suprised if Android 5.0 Krepe or Kwhatever decides to abandon multitasking because Android simply not optimised enough to multitask properly.

Whenever I enable Flash on my Android smartphones, it lags and makes the web page run slower than usual.

My everyday sites all runs on HTML 5 and most of them runs smoothly. If you want to use a Flash heavy websites, use a Computer.

Now if they can only get rid of javascript, we'd have a perfect browser. In my opinion Flash plugins add naught value to the mobile browsing experience so this is a welcome change.

Im sorry but flash videos on android were horrible. I'm using chrome on my one x andi much prefere HTML 5. It's much nicer

What is adobe expecting??? That every porn site or other streming sites will switch from flash to html5 just like that???? In their dreams, that will be a long process...
