New rules requiring employers to better disclose 401(k) fees go into effect soon, but you may be disappointed with the results. The new annual disclosure form may run more than 15 pages long, won’t provide a simple figure for the annual cost you’re paying and some employers will bury the plan’s administration costs in with investment expenses.
