Mitsui Chemicals to restart cracker around July 31
TOKYO, June 28 - Japan's Mitsui Chemicals Inc said it expects to restart its 500,000 tonnes per year (tpy) Osaka naphtha cracker around July 31 following planned maintenance, delayed slightly from its initial plan of July 26.

BERLIN, June 27 - Germany's parliamentary mediation committee approved cuts to incentives for the solar power industry on Wednesday which will see a capping of subsidies for plants with installed capacity of 52 gigawatts (GW).
