Black Ops 2 Strike Force Mode revealed in new Yemen screenshots

Call of Duty's new non-linear missions exposed

Activision has released new Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 screenshots, depicting one of the game's new Strike Force missions. Still catching up on the subject of Strike Force missions? They're multiple-outcome escapades in which players take charge of a whole squadron of Black Ops 2 characters, possessing them from afar or ordering them about via an RTS-style interface.

Just as well we all know that in advance, because the images themselves hardly rewrite the rulebook. There are Men with Guns, and they're running around dusty yellow environments (this is Yemen, apparently). See what you can glean.

Find out more about Strike Force missions and how they reinvigorate Call of Duty here.

  1. Those screenshots look really good - can't wait to play Black Ops 2 as I think the SP and Zombies are looking great and certainly bringing something new to CoD!
