With the Proprietary Industry Statistics and Categorization Data License, clients can view aggregate financial data by sector, segment, or industry for company-to-industry comparisons. The data in this license is based on Morningstar’s well recognized proprietary Industry Groups classification system. The system includes three macroeconomic sectors, 12 business segments, and 215 industry groups for U.S. and Canadian companies.
