About Me
Jonathan D. Greenberg, CFA is co-Founder, President and CEO of OCE Interactive, a financial services firm specializing in systematic and expectations research, and the developer of the web-based Market Topographer platform for researching, benchmarking and comparing the valuation of U.S. stocks. Jonathan has spent 20 years on Wall Street. Prior to co-founding the predecessor of OCE Interactive in 2003, Jonathan spent the bulk of his 13 year investment banking career at Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers where he advised high-profile clients on M&A transactions, equity and equity-related product offerings, structured financings and spearheaded the development of advanced valuation and credit analysis methodologies. In May 2003, Jonathan led the formation of a think tank to develop financial technology to help investors and advisors more objectively explain the relative positioning of stocks within the stock market's constantly evolving valuation landscape. This endeavor led to the formation of OCE Interactive and the development of its Web-based Market Topographer software platform for which six patents are pending. Jonathan holds a degree in economics from Yale University and is a CFA charter holder. He serves periodically as a spokesman for the CFA Institute and its largest member financial analyst society, the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA).
