We're going to have to wait a bit for new details on Tales of Xillia.

It was widely expected that Namco Bandai would share a few bits on the newly announced Tales of Xillia during the Tales series stages at Jump Festa. Based off reports at Dengeki, this apparently did not happen. However, attendees at the weekend event were provided with a few details on Radiant Mythology 3 and Graces F.

As with most Jump Festas, Namco Bandai had two different Tales stages this year. The first, held on the first day of the show, covered PSP's upcoming Tales of the World Radiant Mythology 3. The second, held on the show's second day, covered PS3's recently released Tales of Graces F. Different from past years, the stages required advance registration in order to attend.

Hosted by voice actor Masaya Onosaka, the Radiant Mythology 3 event saw guest appearances by Aya Hirano, voice of Radiant Mythology 3 heroine Kanonno, and Kousuke Toriumi, voice of Tales of Vesperia's Yuri. RM3 producer Ryuji Odachi also appeared at the event.

Much of the event consisted of the guest voice actors doing live skits as their characters, but fans were treated to few additional details on RM3. The game's opening anime saw its debut. The game's opening theme song, sung by Back-On and mystery artist "Me," was also played at the event. This will be released on a CD near the game's release, accompanied by a remixed version sung by Hirano and the Kanonno voice actresses from the first two Radiant Mythology games.

RM3 has over 80 characters from past Tales series games. So which series is most represented? Odachi revealed the answer to be Tales of the Abyss. Vesperia and Symphony are also well represented, he said.

The Graces F stage was also hosted by Onosaka. Joining him as guests this time were Asbel voice actor Takahiro Sakurai and Richard voice actor Daisuke Namikawa.

Series producer Hideo Baba took to the stage to detail Graces F, which saw release earlier this month, and also introduce upcoming download content. January 13 and 20 will see costumes based off past Tales series games. A slide (see it here) showed Asbel dressed like Destiny's Leon Magnus and Sophie dressed like Abyss's Anise Tatlin.
