Not the richest President ever. As they indicated, George Washington is widely regarded as having been, by far, the richest President ever. I'm also quite certain that John Kennedy was worth much more than Mitt Romney is now. Also John Kerry, who also ran for President, was also worth about $250 million when he ran, yet i don't remember all the endless conversation about his vast wealth.
