nice selection but no exploding chickens :(

gotta say the build your own home mod is a brilliant idea it would work really nicely as part of the actual game giving you something to work toward although im a little dissapointed that we didnt get to see the interior but oh well off to steam i go to check it out for myself

shaunmc 76 pts moderator

SirNormanislost Sometimes we need to let the chickens rest in order to build up their explosive energies.

god why do i watch these they get me soo mad that i just have the xbox knock off....

widdastick 6 pts

Throughout the whole car sequence I kept expecting Xzibit to show up.

bandarman 7 pts

shaunmc Is it possible that with every skyrim mod show you could also talk about their effect on your save game? I recently had a bloated save game on my main Skyrim save file and my only way out was to start a new game. No clean save or anything could help it.

I would appreciate if you could do either a disclaimer before the show, or the best would be to just tell the viewers if you saw any effect on your save game size after using this mod, or all these mods collectively.

Thanks.

shaunmc 76 pts moderator

bandarman That's kind of the tricky thing about mods--you never know how one is going to react with another. That's why I always tend to use a clean save file every week, and only combine the current 5 mods. I very rarely return to an old save file from previous episodes, so the snowball effect of using more and more new mods isn't really something I can speak to.

It is odd that loading an old save file didn't seem to work for you. I've never had that problem myself. Occasionally I've deleted every mod and reinstalled the game, then dropped in a cleans save file from earlier and had it work just fine. Did that not work for you?

"Get Over Here!!"  So frakin funny.  RLOL.

endorbr 292 pts

OMG that car mod was hilarious; absolutely ridiculous, but hilarious.

arborym 6 pts

Why are they mutilating the game with these mods?

Decker750 7 pts

arborym how is this mutilating the game? these mods are completely optional but many improve aspects of the game by fixing bugs and glitches, improving how user friendly it is with Modded UI's and improving the graphics.

W-zup 11 pts

arborym Because you can, that's the freedom of PC gaming.

SirNormanislost 54 pts

 arborym

if you dont like them dont get them its as simple as that i personally go for mods that expand the game without going too silly like improved UI options or a blacksmithing upgrade that allows you to make arrows oh and ofc a nice big house is always welcome

arborym 6 pts

SirNormanislost I totally agree with certain mods, I even got some myself, but they don't alter the game so much. Say I didn't agreed Nords to be black, so I got a mod to change Vignar's skin color (not racist). That car mod is beyond stupid; it ruins the fantasy/history blend atmosphere of the game. Anyway, I'm sorry if I offended anyone. Everyone has their own thinking and I don't intend to change it. Have fun with your mods.

ice-milk 13 pts

I wonder if you need 100 alchemy to mix up the "gasoline" potion :)

KaranDesai 11 pts

You totally nailed it with the Get Over Here Bow!! Ha Ha

Shamwownow212 11 pts

Great vid this week the ones that make me laugh are my favorites :D

dawil123 5 pts

i wonder. if the convertible is just a skin for the horse, what kind of attack does it do?

RASquints 5 pts

They need to put Hydraulics and use 1.6 to its full potential by allow you to attack from your mount by crushing them with your car

buccomatic 362 pts

lol @ driving it through riverwood. funny!

Shamwownow212 11 pts

i have a gaming pc but no money, if a kind soul would gift me the game on steam i wouldn't be sad anymore ;)

parrot_of_adun 152 pts

heh... It's funny how easy it is to tell whether a Skyrim player has ever used the word "Ingot" before. Anyway, that player house mod is pretty neat.

jsande23 10 pts

This is really making me want to get it on PC....Can I get some love on my xbox please!

buccomatic 362 pts

 jsande23pc>consoles

not even close

thechuck11 31 pts

buccomatic They have advantages and disadvantages, PC isn't always better

mrboone01 141 pts

Name even one instance of the console being better than PC for Skyrim, or any other TES game.

jorge69696 18 pts

thechuck11 But that's wrong. PC is always better than its console counterpart.

Shamwownow212 11 pts

jorge69696 While PC obviously is more powerful in terms of tech than its console counterpart both have two different experiences. Plus have you ever tried playing a fighting game with a keyboard? Cause it does not go well.

richarrj 8 pts

Shamwownow212 And that has what to do with Skyrim; not a fighting game.

demonic_85 48 pts

Shamwownow212 Plug in a controller, problem solved. PC gives you the freedom to choose Mouse + keyboard, Xbox 360 controller, and you can even use the other consoles with the right software and a bluetooth adapter.

mrboone01 141 pts

Shamwownow212 Next you'll be saying "I hate being stuck in front of a monitor when I can relax on the couch with my lamebox 180 controller playing on my 40 inch television".

Too which I'll reply I love laying back in my recliner, or in bed, with a wireless keyboard and mouse on a breakfast tray playing on my 60" HDTV.

thechuck11 31 pts

jorge69696 No, you're just wrong. Consoles are cheaper than even a computer that can only run graphics at the same level as the 360 or ps3, there are also different controllers on consoles, depending on your controller preference you might like them more than pc, one could also argue that consoles have more entertainment included with them, look at all the different things you can do or watch in xbox live, and lastly consoles are more friend orientated in my opinion, its easier to find friends, make new friends, and talk to friends, and since consoles are so common now, there is a huge playerbase. Now im not sure how many people play pc in comparison to consoles, but I've played games on the pc that the multiplayer has been discontinued and where on console it is still up and running with many people still playing.

jorge69696 18 pts

thechuck11 Of course it is cheaper. It has less features.

You can do MANY things with a $400 PC. With a console you can, well, play games and that's it.

Once you get a job, the money stops being a issue. That's why so many kids (without jobs and money) complain about PC prices.

People are buying iPads for $500, smartphones for $750, watches for more than $1000... but buying a PC for $600? OH NO! dats too expensive!!!!!!11

A PC is a work tool that can also play games, a console is a toy.

evil_m3nace 13 pts

thechuck11 absolutly not true...I bought a amd a4, radeon hd 7750, 4 GB 1600 MHz  RAM and already had a old power box, case, monitor and keyboard...$250...twice as good graphics and twice as fast...

buccomatic 362 pts

Shamwownow212 you can use controllers on PC but you cannot use keyboard and mouse on console.

you have it backwards

PC>Consoles

easy choice.

buccomatic 362 pts

thechuck11 you only say those things because you don't know any better. in almost every example you gave PC has the clear advanrage and not the console as you somehow imagined.

sorry to hear you just flat out don't get it.

thechuck11 31 pts

evil_m3nace Im talking about a brand new computer, not custom as not everyone has spare parts sitting around or even the knowledge of how to put it together.

thechuck11 31 pts

buccomatic I believe you can on a ps3 on certain games, and i never said consoles were better, i just said that they each have advantages and disadvantages.

thechuck11 31 pts

buccomatic Actually i game on a 2500 dollar computer regularly so i do know, at least i know my opinion. I also own a xbox 360 and i'm enjoying them both. Sorry to hear your a stuckup pc fanboy who can't enjoy both platforms.

evil_m3nace 13 pts

thechuck11 You dont need an expensive computer to have fun...If you build it yourself Its even more fun...

Is this particular car model 'lore friendly?' Will it run off, attack your enemies and die just like the horses? Will it work with the 'horse combat' (way cool...slice and dice from a convertible)? Does it run on Nord mead instead of gas, since I'm pretty sure they don't have oil refineries in Skyrim? Can you store all your favourite possessions in the trunk, and then lose everything due to a glitch? Most importantly, will you be able to PICK UP HOOKERS and 'park'  for some 'hot coffee'?
