Joseph was born in May of 1985 on a Tuesday afternoon. He spent his early years sleeping, eating the occasional meal, and crying a lot. Then, in 1992, he was introduced to his first NES, beginning a love affair with electronic media which persists to this day. The first game he ever played was Super Mario Bros., but his gaming library quickly expanded to include Excitebike, Metroid II, and Zelda II: The Adventure of Link.
Through the years he's collected his share of systems, many of which have long-since found their way into the hands of other owners or the bottoms of trashbins. Today he owns a PS3, a Wii, and two fairly well-specced gaming PCs. His game collection consists largely of RPGs with the occasional First Person Shooter or Platformer. His favorite activities include reading (when he can find time), writing (when he can find inspiration), and eating (when he can find food). He loves to cook, to sleep, and--of course--to play video games.
A recent graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in English and Theatre Education, he is currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing at the same university. However, he also has a deep love for the theatre, and is keeping himself open to the possibility of acting as a career in the future. He loves both musicals and non-musicals, and hopes someday to be known for his ability in these areas.
He currently lives in Richmond, KY with two roommates and several crazy friends who spend most of their time laughing at one another's expense. It's good times.
