My Xbox Live app launches on Android, no Xbox 360 integration offered yet

My Xbox 360 Android

Android users aren't left out of today's My Xbox Live app updates. Microsoft has just launched an app for Android 2.2 and above; it lets users customize their avatars, track achievements, send and receive messages from Xbox Live friends, and edit their Xbox Live profile. Amazon updates Kindle app for Android with tablet tweaks

Photo

Amazon has updated its Kindle app with bug fixes and a couple of small but substantial user interface tweaks for Android tablet users. You can now adjust a a book's margins and line spacing to your liking, as well as view two pages side-by-side in landscape mode. As usual, just sign in to Google Play on your device and either download the app or check for the update.

The company released TecTiles today, small square stickers that let you launch apps, change settings, or even make phone calls with a single tap of your phone. You buy TecTiles in packs of five for $14.99, and the first time you touch your NFC-enabled phone (a handful of Samsung phones, plus some from other manufacturers)...
