Deep Silver has announced that it is working on a new Dead Island game, titled Dead Island Riptide.
Like its predecessor, Riptide will be available for consoles (presumably current generation) and PC and will be revealed in full later this summer.
"Stock up on zombie survival guides, water, ammunition, and watch this space," reads the Dead Island Facebook page.
That's all the information there is at the moment, but expect a beautiful trailer to surface soon. Hopefully Deep Silver will have better luck with technical stability this time around, too.

1what was unstable about the first dead island? it was patched out perfectly stable on day one on the PC version. and is this an editorial or a news article?
